All cottages and efficiencies are completely furnished including pots, pans, dishes, linens, toaster and a coffee maker.  The kitchen consists of electric range, refrigerator, microwave and sink.  Complete change of linens is provided mid-week.  Daily maid service is provided in all rentals.  All units have cable TV and HBO, air conditioning, heat, phones and mini refrigerators and microwaves.  Fourteen days notice of cancellation required for any deposit refund, 20% cancellation fee for cancellation will be charged.  Room deposit applies to last day of reservation. 
We have a heated pool, shuffleboard court & a children's play area.
