A lost Key Fee of $5.00 will be charged after checkout for any keys not returned to the office upon departure.

Children 12 and under stay free, 13 and older are an additional $5.00 per night.

Rates Based on single or double occupancy - $5.00 additional per night per person.

A two week notice is required for any cancelation or 20% of the first night will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.

No pets allowed. If you are found to have a pet in your room, you will be asked to leave without refund and there will be a pet cleaning fee charged of $50.00 after check out.

No Smoking. As of 2012, in accordance with North Carolina State Law, Seafoam Motel is now a non smoking motel. Smoking is allowed in all areas other than in the rooms. We kindly ask that you please dispose of your cigarette butts properly. A $25.00 fee will be charged, after checkout, to anyone found smoking in their rooms.

Efficiencies and cottages available by the week only during In Season. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. A three night minimum is required on all cottages and efficiencies during off season/ mid season.
